यहाँ कम से कम 10 की सूची बनाएँ।

·       WHAT ARE THE DISTRACTIONS IN SCHOOLS AND AT HOME FOR STUDENTS (CL-IX-X) WHICH HAMPER YOUR  STUDIES/ CAREER AND CAUSE LOSS TO YOUR VALUABLE TIME?

 LIST AT LEAST 10 HERE.

१.  MOBILE: EXCESS & BAD USE OF MOBILE

     I use a mobile for viewing............. And my....... Hrs. Per day are non-productive.

२.  GOSSIP: UNPRODUCTIVE ENDLESS TALKS WITH PEERS, EVEN IN CLASS/ SCHOOL TIME. 

I gossip with my classmate/friend for.... Hrs on non-productive topics 

३. NOT KNOWING ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF HEALTHY AND POSITIVE LIVING SO NO QUALITY TIME/ TALKS / INTERACTION WITH PARENTS / TEACHERS.

I am not aware of healthy and postive living techniques or I know but can not follow and practice them.

४.  LISTENING PROBLEMS: NOT ATTENTIVE.

I do not know good listening techniques. So I miss out the important information.

५. SPEAKING / COMMUNICATION / IDEA SHARING PROBLEMS WITH  TRS/ UNKNOWN PEOPLE AT TIMES, EVEN WITH OWN PARENTS. 

I feel nervous or unable to put forward my opinion using good words.. Maybe Loss of vocabulary.

६. READING: NOT ABLE TO READ LONG, DIFFICULT TEXT OR UNABLE TO COMPREHEND THE TEXT READ. 

I can not read fluently and flawlessly and enjoy the sprit of matter as convayed by the author. There is always a gap in my understanding and the text written.

७.  WRITING: NOT ABLE TO WRITE OWN IDEA OR TEXT BOOK ANSWER IN OWN WORDS IN A DECENT LANGUAGE/ HANDWRITING / FORMAT.

I do not have a good writing technique and my writing goes hayway. It does not look good even to me. I can not follow formats or make my own structured presentation.

८. LOW COMMITMENT TO SELF OR  SELF-ESTEEM.

I feel very bad about myself when I am not knowing any thing or can not answer the questions asked by Teacher or some one.

९. OVERTHINKING ON IRRELEVANT TOPICS.

I think a lot in isolation but I can not do what I think.

१०. PASSIVE ATTITUDE TOWARDS SELF CARE / INDIVIDUALITY/ FAMILY/ SOCIETY/ NATIONAL CONCERNS.

I am mostly late and catching up on time. My clothes are hardly ever ironed by me; I generally do not like the way I look in uniform. But i am ok in civic dresses...

Also arrange. I am mostly interested in what others are doing rather than planning or introspecting on my own affairs.

The following measures are suggested by KVS HQ for schools if adhered to meticulously and taken as "one of the environmental causes by students" as

  • Let's reject everything or
  • Anything that is plastic except a

You cannot reduce or stop the plastic until you know or adapt to alternative Sustainable development products that are already available, or you are the one who innovatively will create one .......!
so, until then, you can follow your mentors/teachers/environmentalists
