Azim Premji Scholarship

Applications for the academic year 2024-25 cohort will open on 

10 September 2024, till 30 September 2024.

• In this cycle (year 2024-25), we will support girl students who have passed Grade X and XII both from a government school and have secured admission in the first year of a regular degree or diploma programme of a government or credible bona fide private college/ university (more details below).
• Selected students will be awarded a scholarship of INR 30,000 per year for the entire duration (two, three, four or five years) of the undergraduate course/ programme to cover tuition fees or any other expenses incurred towards completion of their education.
• This scholarship, in its ‘pilot’ phase this year, is being launched in limited geographies (details below). It will soon be expanded to cover the entire country.

All girl students from Madhya Pradesh, select districts* of Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, or Itki block, Ranchi, Jharkhand, who:

• Have passed Grade X from a local government school;
• Have passed Grade XII from a government (regular/open) school in the academic year 2023-24 or prior; and
• Have secured admission as a regular student in the first year of a recognised undergraduate degree or diploma course at a government institution or credible bona fide private college or university at the time of application.

विश्व ओज़ोन दिवस-6 सितम्बर

(अंग्रेज़ी: World Ozone Day) या 'ओज़ोन परत संरक्षण दिवस' 16 सितम्बर को पूरे विश्व में मनाया जाता है। धरती पर जीवन को पनपने के लिए काफ़ी संघर्ष करना पड़ा है। इतिहास और भूगोल के अध्ययन से यह साफ़ है कि धरती पर जीवन की उत्पत्ति के लिए काफ़ी लंबा समय तय करना पड़ा है। लेकिन जो चीज़ इंसान को कड़ी मेहनत और प्रकृति से फल स्वरूप मिली है उसे आज खुद इंसान ही मिटाने पर लगा हुआ है। लगातार प्रकृति के कार्यों में हस्तक्षेप कर इंसान ने खुद को प्रकृति के सामने ला खड़ा किया है जहां प्रकृति उसका विनाश कर सकती है। जंगलों, वनों की कटाई कर असंतुलन पैदा किया जा रहा है। गाड़ियों ने हवा को प्रदूषित कर कर दिया है तो वहीं उस जल को भी इंसान ने नहीं बख्शा जिसकी वजह से धरती पर जीवन संचालित होता है। प्रौद्योगिकी के इस युग में इंसान हर उस चीज़ का हरण कर रहा है जो उसकी प्रगति की राह में रोड़ा बन रही है। इसी तरह इंसान ने अपने आराम और सहूलियत के लिए उस ओज़ोन परत को भी नष्ट करने की ठान ली है जो उसे सूर्य से निकलने वाली खतरनाक पराबैगनी किरणों से बचाती है। दिनों-दिन बढ़ रही औद्योगिक गतिविधियों के कारण आज हमारे जीवन को बचाने वाली ओज़ोन परत को खतरा पैदा हो गया है।

NBT MOBILE BOOK EXHIBITION AT PMSHRI KV ITBP BHANU - 12 SEP 2024

PM Shri KV ITBP Bhanu Panchkula celebrated Reading Promotion Week and Hindi Pakhwada by hosting the NBT Mobile Library Exhibition at Vidyalaya for students, teachers, and parents. Principal Mrs Monika inaugurated the event at 9AM and the Book exhibition was visited by each student from class I to XII with their class teachers and subject teachers till 02:30 pm. They explored, enjoyed and selected books for library and personal collection. The exhibition was a great success as about 320 students and teachers participated and bought biographies, fiction, literature, science, personality development, history, geography, etc. books for personal as well as Library collection. Kumari Harleen class vi bought books worth Rs.1100 and was the top book buyer of the event, this is an annual event celebrated by the school in collaboration with NBT for promoting reading habits among the students. Vidyalaya is grateful to NBT New Delhi for sending a bus every year to Vidyalaya for this wonderful reading mission.  This is an annual event celebrated by the school in collaboration with NBT to promote reading habits among the students.  Principal Mrs. Monika, Librarian Sh. Uma Shanker, Library Committee members, Complete staff and students of Vidyalaya are thankful to Mr. Sushil ji and his team from NBT New Delhi for bringing a bus to Vidyalaya for this wonderful mission- Reading Promotion-
