Mr. Uma Shanker, Librarian of PM SHRI KV OCF Sector 29, Chandigarh, is an ex-Air Warrior with a distinguished background in Defense Avionics (IAF) and Total Quality Management. He holds multiple academic and professional degrees, including M.A. (Public Administration), BLISc, MLISc, PGDLAN, UGC NET (Library Science), along with qualifications in Engineering, Business, Tax law, International Business operations, NGO, and Personal Management & Industrial relations.
With vast experience across special, public, college, and school libraries, he brings unmatched expertise to Kendriya Vidyalaya. A trained AEP Nodal Teacher, he is recognized for his command over languages, communication skills, and career counselling, making him a trusted mentor for students.
