The following documents may be required to be presented at the time of admission
(if applicable):
- Original Birth Certificate
- Passport size photograph of the child
- Proof of residence
- SC / ST / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate
- Certificate of disability (CWSN)
- EWS / BPL certificate
- Service certificate of parent
- Transfer certificate of parent (if applicable)
The following documents must be uploaded on the portal:
- Picture of the child – Mandatory
- Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate) – Mandatory
- Certificate of Disability (CWSN) – Mandatory only if the child is applying under the CWSN / Differently Abled category
File format requirements:
- Child Photo: Only JPEG (.jpg / .jpeg) files are allowed.
- Birth Certificate: JPEG or PDF files are allowed.
- Certificate of Disability (CWSN): JPEG or PDF files are allowed.
The maximum allowed file size for each document is 200 KB.
- Cancelling a submitted application: If incorrect information has been submitted, the applicant may cancel the submitted application using the same Login Code. After cancellation, the previous Application Submission Code will become invalid.
- Re-applying after cancellation:After cancelling the submitted application, the applicant may re-apply using the same Login Code. A new Application Submission Code will be generated for the newly submitted application.
- I understand that if multiple applications are submitted for the same child for the same school, all such applications will be considered invalid.
- You can apply for at most 3 KVs in an application.
- The application processing is absolutely free of cost.
- There is no exam before admission.
