March 1 – Zero Discrimination Day
Zero Discrimination Day is celebrated globally on March 1 every year so that everyone lives life with dignity regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, skin colour, height, weight, etc. The symbol of Zero Discrimination Day is the butterfly. Firstly, on March 1, 2014, the UN celebrated this day.

March 10 - CISF Raising Day
The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) Raising Day is observed every year on 10 March. The CISF was set up in 1969 under the act of the Parliament of India. It works under the Union Ministry of Home Affairs and its headquarter is in New Delhi. This organization works for seaways, airways, and some of the major installations in India. There are some reserved battalions in the CISF which work with the state police to protect law and orders.

As per the Hindu lunar calendar, Ramakrishna was born on Dwitiya in the month of Phalguna during Shukla Paksha. Every year his birth anniversary is observed across all Ramakrishna Maths. Down syndrome is a naturally occurring chromosomal arrangement in human which results in variable effects on learning styles, physical characteristics or health. March 22- Bihar Diwas
Bihar Diwas, or Bihar Day, is celebrated on March 22 to mark the formation of the state of Bihar. It is a public holiday in the state. On this day, the British carved out the state of Bihar from Bengal in 1912. This year, the 110th Bihar Diwas will be observed. It will be celebrated with enthusiasm at Gandhi Maidan and Sri Krishna Memorial from March 22 to March 24.
March 22 – World Water Day
On 22 March, World Water Day is observed annually to raise awareness about the importance of freshwater and advocate for the sustainable management of freshwater resources. It was recommended to celebrate in 1992 at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) in Rio de Janerio. And then, in 1993 the first World Water Day is celebrated.
March 23 - World Meteorological Day
World Meteorological Day is celebrated on 23rd March every year to attract attention towards weather and climate for the safety and well-being of the society. On 23rd March 1950, the World Meteorological Organisation came into force. The theme of World Meteorological Day 2023 is "Early Warning and Early Action. Hydrometeorological and Climate Information for Disaster Risk Reduction."
March 23 - Martyr's Day
Martyr's Day or Shaheed Diwas is observed in India on several dates. March 23 is remembered as the day when three brave freedom fighters, namely Bhagat Singh, Shivaram Rajguru, and Sukhdev Thapar, were hanged by the British. Also, January 30th is observed as Martyr's Day or Shaheed Diwas in the memory of Mahatma Gandhi.

March 30- Rajasthan Day
March 30 is celebrated across the state to mark the formation of the state of Rajasthan. On this day in 1949, the four states, namely Jodhpur, Jaipur, Bikaner, and Jaisalmer, joined with the United State of Rajasthan, and the region came to be known as Greater Rajasthan.
