The proposed event is a multistakeholder panel discussion
bringing together practitioners, policymakers, academicians,
industry representatives, government agencies, and student
voices from Himachal Pradesh.
The session will advocate for
accessible and inclusive career support services for people of
all ages, focusing on bridging the gap between policy,
practice, and lived realities.
Through insightful discussions, the dialogue will:
➢ Highlight current challenges and emerging opportunities.
➢ Share local and global perspectives on career education.
➢ Identify actionable pathways for strengthening career
guidance ecosystems.
The event seeks to position career support as a lifelong
necessity, contributing to education, employability, and
sustainable livelihoods.
