It was a pleasure speaking with you and thank you for agreeing to our request at the last moment. I am writing regarding the Vigyan Pratibha Refresher Workshop being organised at ZIET Chandigarh from August 31 to September 3, 2026.
As part of the workshop, we are planning a Teaching-Learning Lab (TLL), which provides teachers an opportunity to reflect on and improve their classroom teaching. For this session, some of the workshop participants will conduct a Learning Unit with school students, while the others will observe the session.
We would be grateful if around 30-40 students of Class IX from your school could participate in the session on September 1, 2026. The tentative schedule would be:
9:40 a.m.: Students starts from your school and reach ZIET Chandigarh
10:00-11:00 am
: Teaching-Learning Lab session
11:00–11:20 a.m.: Snack break
11:20 a.m.–12:40 p.m.: Session continues
12:45 a.m.–1:20 p.m.: Lunch
1:20 p.m.: Departure for the school
Snacks and lunch will be provided to the students at ZIET.
We will arrange IISER Mohali transport to pick up the students from your school and drop them back at the school after the session.
We would greatly appreciate your support in facilitating the participation of the students.
