The primary aim of the Sangathan is as follows: To provide, establish, endow, maintain, control and manage the Central Schools (Kendriya Vidyalayas) located all over India and abroad. Due to its quality education and popularity the number of Kendriya Vidyalayas are increased from 20 to 1256 till November 2023. Apart from that KVS has also set up ZIETs for the continuous training of their teachers and staffers.

PROBLEM STATEMENT :समस्या का विवरण एवं विचार संकल्पना:
कक्षा (III-V) पुस्तकालय कालांश के दौरान बच्चों द्वारा पुस्तक के कठिन / नए शब्दों का उच्चारण बार-बार अध्यापक से पूछने से पता चला की उनमें हिंदी स्वर, मात्राओं और बारहखड़ी की समझ पूर्णतः विकसित व स्थायी नहीं है |
SOLUTION STATEMENT-समाधान कथन:
विद्यार्थियों में हिंदी स्वर, मात्राओं और बारहखड़ी की समझ पूर्णतः
विकसित व स्थायी बनाने हेतु एक ऐसी तकनीक विकसित करनी थी
जो सीखने में आसान,लयबद्ध, रोचक, गतिविधि केन्द्रित व चिरस्थायी हो|
क्योंकि
१. स्वर : अधिकतर बच्चों में स्वर व् व्यंजन्नों की पहचान तो पाई गई परन्तु
२. मात्राएँ : स्वर से जुडी मात्रा के बारे में अनिश्चितता थी.
३. व्यंजन: अधिकतर बच्चे हिंदी व्यंजनों की सम्पूर्ण जानकारी नहीं दे पाए.
४. बारहखड़ी: अधिकतर बच्चे व्यंजनों पर स्वर की मात्र से बारहखड़ी नहीं सुना पाए.
TECHNIQUE APPLIED: तकनीक परिचय:
१. स्वर लेखन व् पहचान:
पहले बोर्ड पर स्वर लिखे गए फिर उसके निचे उनकी मात्रा लिखी गयी
और बच्चों से इनकी पहचान व् उच्चारण करने को कहा गया.
२. स्वरों का विभाजन :
बाएँ हाथ को दिए गये स्वर और मात्रा

दाएँ हाथ को दिए गये स्वर और मात्रा
आ ई ऊ ऐ औ अः
बच्चों से इनकी पहचान व् उच्चारण करने को कहा गया
३. स्वरों का हाथ व् ऊँगली के साथ ताल-मेल :
बाएँ-दायें हाथ और उनकी उँगलियों से हवा में मात्रा का इशारा(एक्शन)और स्वर के उचारण को हाथ की गति से निर्धारित किया जाना शुरू किया गया और बार बार अभ्यास करवाया गया.
४. लीडर- अनुकरण:
उपरोक्त अभ्याश के पश्चात् निचे दिए चार्ट को बोर्ड पर लगा कर एक लीडर को बोर्ड की तरफ सबसे आगे खड़ा कर कक्षा के अन्य बच्चों को उसका अनुकरण करने को कहा गया ताकि बच्चे स्वर और वयंजन चार्ट की मदद से स्वम् बारहखड़ी का निर्माण, उचारण और अभ्यास कर सकें और सारी कक्षा का यह ज्ञान एक ही स्तर पर हो
OUTCOME OF INITIATIVE:
१. स्वर : बच्चों में स्वरों की पहचान और अधिक स्थाई हुई .
२. मात्राएँ : स्वर से जुडी मात्रा के बारे में निश्चितता आई
३. व्यंजन: अधिकतर बच्चे अब हिंदी व्यंजनों की सम्पूर्ण
जानकारी दे पाए
४. बारहखड़ी: अधिकतर बच्चे व्यंजनों पर स्वर की मात्रा के साथ बारहखड़ी का स्वम् निर्माण कर सुना पाए .

विशेषता
बाल केन्द्रित उपागम जो सीखने में आसान,लयबद्ध, रोचक, गतिविधि केन्द्रित व चिरस्थायी पाया गया और जिसमे अधिकतर विद्यार्थी अपनी सभी ज्ञानेन्द्रियों की मदद से सरलता से स्वर और मात्राऔं को सीख पाए.

सीखने में आसान,लयबद्ध, रोचक, गतिविधि केन्द्रित व चिरस्थायी तकनीक जिसके कारण बच्चे पुस्तकों को समझने में
सक्षम और उन्हें प्यार करने लगे हैं.
इस कारण पाठ्कों की संख्या में स्वत ही बढोतरी
देखी जा रही है .
