Greetings from MyTechBharat!

We are delighted to introduce the Drones & SpaceTech Education Program (D-STEP), an exclusive online certification workshop designed for 6th to 12th standard students during their summer holidays. This initiative is in collaboration with IIT Delhi and UNDP, with support from ISRO, DRDO, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education, and NITI Aayog.

D-STEP is a one-of-a-kind program that offers students an early exposure to STEM fields, providing hands-on learning in drone technology, space science, AI in drones, UAV design, and satellite communication. Through this initiative, students will have the opportunity to: Learn from ISRO & DRDO scientists researchers , Technocrats, Innovators . Participate in hands-on drone simulations and interactive sessions Gain certification from IIT Delhi, UNDP, and MyTechBharat Compete for scholarships upto ₹1,00,000 (top 50 students) Earn a chance to visit ISRO & DRDO laboratories and interact with top scientists Secure funding up to ₹5,00,000 for innovative project ideas

We kindly request all schools leaders to encourage and guide students to take part in this unique learning experience. Your support will be instrumental in fostering a passion for innovation and technology among students, shaping them into future leaders in aerospace, defence, and robotics.

class timings — the exact timings for the online sessions will be shared with all participants via email and WhatsApp by the last week of May 2025. Generally, online sessions will be held in three shifts – morning, afternoon, and evening. You may choose the timing that suits you best

पुस्तकालय गतिविधियाँ (Library Activities)

Chitkara University Hosts National Seminar on “The Future of Libraries in the Era of AI” in Collaboration with RRRLF

Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh, through its Tagore Library, in collaboration with the Raja Rammohun Roy Library Foundation (RRRLF) under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, successfully organized a National Seminar on “The Future of Libraries in the Era of Artificial Intelligence”. The seminar served as a pivotal platform for dialogue on the evolving role of libraries in the digital age, drawing participation from over 110 library professionals, academicians, researchers, and students from across India.

The seminar was graced by Prof. Ajay Pratap Singh, Director General of the National Library of India and the RRRLF, who addressed the gathering as Chief Guest. The seminar featured esteemed resource persons, including Dr. Rajnish Sharma, Vice Chancellor, Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh; Prof. Madan Mohan Goel, Economist and Founder of “Needonomics”; Prof. Pawan Garga, Himachal Pradesh University Business School; Prof. Naseer Iqbal, Registrar, University of Kashmir; and Viney Khurana, Director, Professional Development Centre, Chitkara University. Their participation enriched the seminar with diverse perspectives and expertise.
