Earth Day






Earth Day is an annual event, celebrated on April 22, on which day events worldwide are held to demonstrate support for environmental protection. It was first celebrated in 1970, and is now coordinated globally by the Earth Day Network, and celebrated in more than 193 countries each year.
On Earth Day 2016, the landmark Paris Agreement is scheduled to be signed by the United States, China, and some 120 other countries. This signing satisfies a key requirement for the entry into force of the historic draft climate protection treaty adopted by consensus of the 195 nations present at the 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference in Paris.

जीवन के कुछ सच .... विद्यार्थियों के लिए.....

10 बातें जो  विद्यार्थियों को नहीं सिखाई जाती.......
👍 नियम १ – जीवन उतार-चढ़ाव से भरा है  इसकी आदत बना लो.
👍 नियम २ – लोग तुम्हारे स्वाभिमान की  परवाह नहीं करते इसलिए पहले खुद को स्कूल में साबित करके दिखाओ.
👍 नियम ३ – कॉलेज की पढ़ाई पूरी करने के बाद  5 आंकड़े वाली  पगार  की मत सोचो, एक रात में कोई  वाइस प्रेसिडेंट नहीं बनता. इसके लिए अपार मेहनत करनी पड़ती है.
👍 नियम ४ – अभी आपको अपने शिक्षक सख्त और डरावने लगते होंगे  क्योंकि अभी तक आपके जीवन में  बॉस नामक प्राणी से पाला नहीं पड़ा है ।
👍 नियम ५ – तुम्हारी गलती सिर्फ तुम्हारी है और तुम्हारी पराजय सिर्फ तुम्हारी है। किसी को दोष मत दो ।इस गलती से सीखो और जीवन में आगे बढ़ो.
👍 नियम ६ – तुम्हारे माता पिता तुम्हारे जन्म से पहले इतने निरस और ऊबाऊ नही थे जितना तुम्हें अभी लग रहा है । तुम्हारे पालन पोषण करने में उन्होंने इतना कष्ट उठाया कि उनका स्वभाव बदल गया.
👍 नियम ७ – सांत्वना पुरस्कार सिर्फ स्कूल में  देखने को मिलता है. कुछ स्कूलों में तो पास होने तक  परीक्षा दी जा सकती है । लेकिन बाहर की दुनिया के नियम अलग हैं वहां हारने वाले को मौका नहीं मिलता ।
सीखो.....की हार से कैसे बचना है..
और ......
हार जाने पर उसका सामना कैसे करना है....
👍 नियम ८ – जीवन के स्कूल में  कक्षाएं और वर्ग नहीं होते और वहां महीने भर की छुट्टी भी नहीं मिलती. आपको सिखाने के लिए कोई समय नहीं देता. यह सब आपको खुद सीखना और करना होता  है.
👍 नियम ९ – tv जीवन नहीं होता और जीवन tv नहीं होता. सही जीवन में आराम नहीं होता सिर्फ काम और सिर्फ काम के दौरान ही आराम होता है .
👍 नियम १० – लगातार पढ़ाई करने वाले और कड़ी मेहनत करने वाले अपने मित्रों को कभी मत चिढ़ाओ. एक समय ऐसा आएगा कि तुम्हें उसके नीचे काम करना पड़ेगा.....और मेहनत करने वाले ......न पढ़ने वालों की नक़ल करवा कर सहायता  न करें ....वरना तुम्हे एक दिन इन नकलचियों के नीछे काम करना पड़ सकता है..!

राज भाषा ..हिंदी.

संवैधानिक प्रावधान
भारत के संविधान में राजभाषा से संबंधित भाग-17

अध्याय 1--संघ की भाषा
अनुच्छेद 120. संसद् में प्रयोग की जाने वाली भाषा - (1) भाग 17 में किसी बात के होते हुए भीकिंतु अनुच्छेद 348 के उपबंधों के अधीन रहते हुएसंसद् में कार्य हिंदी में या अंग्रेजी में किया जाएगा
परंतुयथास्थितिराज्य सभा का सभापति या लोक सभा का अध्यक्ष अथवा उस रूप में कार्य करने वाला व्यक्ति किसी सदस्य कोजो हिंदी में या अंग्रेजी में अपनी पर्याप्त अभिव्यक्ति नहीं कर सकता हैअपनी मातृ-भाषा में सदन को संबोधित करने की अनुज्ञा दे सकेगा ।
(2) जब तक संसद् विधि द्वारा अन्यथा उपबंध न करे तब तक इस संविधान के प्रारंभ से पंद्रह वर्ष की अवधि की समाप्ति के पश्चात्‌ यह अनुच्छेद ऐसे प्रभावी होगा मानो   या अंग्रेजी में  शब्दों का उसमें से लोप कर दिया गया हो ।
