1. Menstrual Hygiene (Girls)

  • Opening (5 min): Break the ice gently, acknowledge taboos, reassure students this is a safe space.
  • Core Content (30 min):
    • Explain the biological process of menstruation in simple terms.
    • Demonstrate proper use and disposal of sanitary products.
    • Discuss nutrition, hydration, and exercise for comfort.
    • Address myths (e.g., restrictions on food, activities).
  • Interactive Activity (5 min): Q&A box (anonymous questions).

2. Gender Sensitization (Boys)
