NCTE is organizing a One-Day State-Level Workshop at IISER Mohali

on 19 September 2026,

focused on the adoption of

#PUSHTI (Professional Upholding of Standards for Holistic Teaching and Integrity) and

#MITRA (Mentoring Initiatives for Teaching, Research and Assessment) across States and UTs.

The workshop will provide orientation, hands-on practice and support to strengthen teachers' growth and capacity building through professional standards and mentoring initiatives.
