Subject: Piloting NCERT’s Interactive Books with teachers and students.
Dear Sir/Ma’am,
The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 emphasizes interactive, activity-based and experiential
learning (para 23.6, page 57).
In alignment with NEP-2020 and the ongoing efforts to enhance
learner experience on DIKSHA, CIET-NCERT has developed Interactive textbooks (called
KATBOOKs) for grades 1, 6, and 12 on a trial basis in collaboration with UEducate Global Pvt. Ltd.
In order to find out the usefulness of these books, it has been decided to pilot with the students
and teachers. You are therefore requested to kindly facilitate piloting of the below listed books
by the students and teachers in your State/UT by circulating the enclosed information to all the
schools and teachers.

) on 17 October 2025 from 03:00- 04:00 pm.
The platform will be available for 1 month for users to access and give feedback. After using the
books, both students and teachers are required to give their feedback through a google form,
whose link is given below:

States/UTs are requested to ensure wide participation of concerned teachers and headmasters/
