MAGAZINE REVIEW IN LIBRARY NOTEBOOK

EXAMPLE

CHILDREN'S WORLD

Children's World a very colorful English monthly magazine of approx. 50 pages published by Children Book Trust New Delhi costing Rs. 50 per copy per month for the age group of 7 to 12 years with regular features such as stories, poems, features activities such as color connect, word hunt, book talk, hidden objects, and news at a glance.

8-10 stories and 4-5 poems are illustrated with very beautiful pictures and cartoons for children's attention and engagement. I read all the stories and poems every month without fail in the library period, but my favorite sections are Finding Hidden Objects and the News section.

I write new and difficult words in my Library notebook immediately. We ask for pronunciation and meaning from our librarian sir while reading in the Library.

A very good magazine not only for students to develop their language and comprehension but also for developing IQ, art, compassion, and value education.

We can send our own writings/drawings/cartoons etc. to the editor for publishing in the magazine.

I like reading other such mazarines CHAKMAK, BAAL BHARTI, AKKAD BAKKAD MAGIC POT, AND NG KIDS  in my Library.

Simple formula for students to be successful in life

One Goal, Two Formulas and Three activities can make wonders in student life.

1. Goal: To be Pure, Healthy & Wealthy at body, mind and money.

2. Formula 1: Quit Dependency  : Confidence is inversely proportional to Dependency.  So quit dependency as early as possible.

Formula2. Five- R (Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recreate) in every walk of life

3. Activity 1: Personality Development: one thing in life

4. Activity 2 : Strong Foundation : You can not do without  LSRW-N-I-II. Switch to Vocational. Do not go to school and colleges to show you are a student.

5. Activity 3: Focus & Consolidate: your three personalities into one.

What you are, what you exhibit or show to be, what you dream to be.

Do you know all 17 SDGs?

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future. At its heart are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all countries - developed and developing - in a global partnership. They recognize that ending poverty and other deprivations must go hand-in-hand with strategies that improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth – all while tackling climate change and working to preserve our oceans and forests. source: THE 17 GOALS | Sustainable Development

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a collection of 17 global objectives established by the United Nations in 2015.

They aim to address pressing issues such as

  8. Decent Work and Economic Growth: Promote sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all.

  9. Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure: Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization, and foster innovation.
  10. Reduced Inequality: Reduce inequality within and among countries.

  11. Sustainable Cities and Communities: Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable.

  12. Responsible Consumption and Production: Ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns.

  13. Climate Action: Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts.

  14. Life Below Water: Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas, and marine resources for sustainable development.

  15. Life on Land: Protect, restore, and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, manage forests sustainably, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss.

  16. Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions: Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all, and build effective, accountable, and inclusive institutions at all levels.
