Project Concept

Customers pay Rs. 30/- for a nutritious, simple meal.

Half of the revenue sustains the business, while the other half funds free meals for underprivileged individuals.

Focus: Healthy, affordable, Indian diet staples.

📍 5 Ps Framework

1. Place

Location:(bus stands, schools, hospitals, or market areas where footfall is high).

Setup: Small kiosk/food cart or community kitchen with seating.

Distribution: Paid meals + free meals through tokens distributed by NGOs, schools, or local volunteers.

2. Product

Menu: Nutritious, simple, filling items at low cost.

Dal + Rice (mini thali)

Roti + Sabzi (seasonal vegetables)

Poha/Upma/Idli (breakfast option)

Khichdi (balanced one-pot meal)

Buttermilk or Lemon water (add-on)

Focus on local, seasonal ingredients to keep costs low and nutrition high.

3. Price

Rs. 30 per meal for paying customers.

Free meals funded by the charity half of revenue.

Bulk purchase of grains/vegetables from wholesale markets to reduce cost.

4. Promotion

Branding: “Eat for Rs. 30, Feed One More.”

Posters in schools, hospitals, and bus stands.

Social media campaigns highlighting the charity impact (every meal purchased = one meal donated).

Collaborations with local NGOs, RWAs, and schools for awareness.

5. People

Staff: Local cooks and helpers (possibly women self-help groups).

Beneficiaries: Daily wage workers, students, and underprivileged families.
